Helping PayPoint Engage Retailers Through the Love2Shop Campaign
We recently partnered with PayPoint to support their Love2Shop campaign, helping retailers discover new earning opportunities through a targeted, multichannel approach.
The Challenge
PayPoint wanted to drive awareness of the Love2Shop campaign and provide retailers with the tools they needed to engage with their customers and maximise campaign participation.
The challenge was to create a consistent message across multiple channels, digital and print, while ensuring it was easy for retailers to use in their day-to-day operations.

Our Approach
Our team focused on developing a suite of assets that could be used across multiple touchpoints to ensure maximum impact:
- Battle cards for varied field sales teams, produced in print and digital formats to support in-person and remote engagement.
- Consumer leaflets were also created to hand out to customers, giving more details on the partnership between PayPoint and Love2shop.
- Point of Sale communications such as window stickers, shelf wobblers and a counter mat were also designed for print to be part of the campaign.
- Social media graphics tailored for Facebook and LinkedIn, promoting key campaign messages and boosting visibility.
- Repurposed communications, including email and WhatsApp templates, are designed to make retailer outreach simple and effective.
By aligning creative design with a clear messaging strategy, we ensured every touchpoint reinforced the campaign objectives.
The Results
The Love2Shop campaign showcased how strategic creative planning and multi-channel execution can drive results. Retailers were equipped with practical tools to engage with the campaign, while PayPoint’s messaging remained consistent and impactful across digital and physical touchpoints.
