Driving BT’s SMB Security Engagement Across 30+ Locations
We recently teamed up with a longstanding client BT to deliver an internal incentive campaign focused on driving awareness for their SMB security offering.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was to effectively engage BT teams across more than 30 different locations, highlighting key security offerings and essential awareness training in a way that was both informative and exciting.
The incentive campaign needed to go beyond standard corporate communication to capture attention and drive the importance of protecting small businesses. The BT team wanted to boost awareness for their Small and Medium Business (SMB) security products and services, engaging their teams across multiple locations.

The Approach
Our approach was to make cybersecurity engaging and fun. We designed and produced a variety of assets, ensuring the entire campaign felt cohesive and impactful. A core element of our strategy was the SMB Security Dip, a lucky dip box filled with vouchers and prizes.
The rules for the dip were simple: selling security awareness training earned one dip, while selling Complete Cloud Secure earned two. To be eligible to enter, participants had to complete two learning and development courses. Further enhancing the engagement in the incentive to make sure the team saw internal improvements and results too.
The prizes in the lucky dip box included sweets, chocolates, and Amazon vouchers ranging from £20 to £100. The campaign also included a full suite of other assets, such as stickers, bunting, and hand flags.
We managed the whole process from creative design to print and fulfillment, distributing everything across over 30 BT locations.
The Results
The BT team was thrilled with the end result, praising the project management and the quality of the assets. The full suite of materials, including the lucky dip box, successfully engaged internal teams and drove awareness for the SMB security offering.
