About CitCom - Creative Marketing Agency in Kidderminster

History

Established in 1987 by three Kidderminster College tutors with a passion for innovation, Citizen Communication quickly made its mark. Two of the founders had even designed the first HND course at the college, and they were eager to put their teaching into practice.

From their first office on Greatfield Road, they secured a pivotal contract creating training videos for the Dixons group, which propelled them forward. Over the years, Citizen Communication built a strong reputation for excellence, working with major clients like EE/BT through their various iterations, and expanding its services to include design and digital solutions.

A key milestone was bringing Martin Leonard on board as a designer 26 years ago, establishing the company’s in-house design studio and shaping its creative direction.

Martin, now CEO of CitCom, has played an integral role in the company’s growth and evolution. This continued with the formation of a dedicated digital team in 2004, and a strategic focus on marketing in recent years.

Now, with its rebrand to CitCom, the company is embracing the future of digital communication, including AI-powered solutions, to better serve its clients.
