The Challenge

Warwickshire County Council (WCC) needed to develop a brand identity for their new Enhanced Partnership (EP) for bus services. The EP aimed to improve bus services and increase ridership in Warwickshire. WCC sought a brand that would resonate with passengers and effectively communicate the partnership’s goals and benefits.

Deliverables

The Solution

CitCom developed a comprehensive branding strategy that included:

  • Passenger Research: We conducted an online survey to gather insights into passenger preferences, needs, and perceptions of bus services in Warwickshire.
  • Brand Name Development: We generated several brand name options based on the survey results and the EP’s objectives.
  • Visual Identity Design: We created a visual identity that included a logo, color palette, and typography to represent the brand visually.
  • Messaging and Tone of Voice: We developed key messages and a tone of voice that communicated the benefits of the EP and resonated with the target audience.
