The Challenge
Serco needed a more efficient way for employees to access key internal processes and service information. Existing documentation was difficult to navigate, meaning staff spent unnecessary time searching for information and accessing the resources they needed. The organisation required a central, user-friendly solution that would improve accessibility and create consistency across teams
The Approach
We designed and developed a bespoke digital service catalogue that acted as a single source of truth for employees. Hosted on Serco’s internal digital platform, the interactive catalogue was built as a digital flipbook with integrated links, allowing users to quickly navigate between sections and access supporting resources with ease.
The catalogue was carefully structured to simplify complex information, improve usability and create a seamless digital experience, ensuring employees could find the right information whenever they needed it.
The Results
