VirtualZ needed to raise awareness of its VR tech and training solutions, drive relevant traffic to its website, and build credibility with professional audiences. With their target market including businesses looking to improve health and safety, onboarding and technical training through immersive virtual environments, a detailed marketing strategy was required.

To elevate VirtualZ’s online presence and attract valuable B2B clients, we implemented a tailored SEO and social media strategy focusing on the channels where their audience is most active, predominantly LinkedIn (business and personal) and their website. 

We identified LinkedIn as the ideal platform to reach decision makers in VirtualZ’s key sectors, including operations managers, training leads, and innovation directors. This aligned perfectly with the broader marketing strategy, which aimed to build trust, boost authority, and generate engagement.

To kick things off, we developed a detailed content calendar to communicate the benefits of VR training and digital twins. Each post was created to educate, engage and showcase knowledge and skill to position VirtualZ as a thought leader in the immersive industry. From there, we made a consistent schedule of posts that included industry insights, case study highlights, and updates on industry trends, all tailored to their audience. To help bring life to the content, we also produced on-brand graphics, ensuring a professional look across their platforms. 

Alongside social media, our SEO work was working behind the scenes. Combining technical optimisation, keyword research, targeting and content strategy, we enabled VirtualZ to not only be seen but also discovered by the right audience. 

We focused on driving organic traffic by aligning search content with the needs and interests of those seeking innovative training solutions.
