The Challenge:

K9 Leisure Club, a newly opened local provider of dog grooming, hydrotherapy, and daycare services in Kidderminster, faced a significant challenge: their existing website was unfinished and ineffective. The design was outdated and unengaging, failing to accurately portray the high-quality services and unique offerings that set them apart from the competition. This hindered their ability to attract new clients and showcase the exceptional care they provide to their canine companions within the local community.

The Solution:

To address these challenges, we worked with K9 Leisure Club to implement a comprehensive digital strategy so they could hit the ground running for 2025. 

First things first, we helped K9 Leisure Club unleash their inner brand! We developed a set of brand guidelines that gave their unique personality a consistent voice across all their marketing materials. Think of it as their paw-print on every message. 

Next, we rolled up our sleeves and got creative! We held a fun-filled content day, capturing amazing photos and videos of happy pups enjoying their time at K9 Leisure Club. While our team composed engaging website copy optimised for search engines, our creative studio mocked up designs a modern and user-friendly website that showcased the unique aspects of their services. When all was a approved we made the move to build the site and add on all the functionality that was needed.
