Cordic Events
We prioritised sustainability throughout the project by utilising the beMatrix stand structure system. This modular system allows for reusability across events, minimising waste and environmental impact. This project showcased our expertise in delivering quick turnaround times. These stands were some of the fastest builds we’ve managed, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for Cordic.
Meeting Client Expectations
Cordic sought clean, sophisticated, professional, clear, and minimalistic exhibition stands. This focus on clean design and functionality ensured their brand and message stood out amidst event noise.
The PHTM Showstopper
The first show, PHTM, demanded the largest stand (10m x 6m). This served as the design foundation for subsequent stands. It required four dedicated demo areas, reception desks, extra podiums and the unique challenge of seamlessly integrating two brands into a single cohesive exhibit.
Scalability and Flexibility (LPHCA & Dotted)
For LPHCA, we successfully adapted the core design elements of the larger PHTM stand into a compact 9m x 2m footprint for the London Marriott Hotel. This premium venue offered ample breakout spaces, complementing our stand’s focus on presence and engagement. The beMatrix system enabled us to create a flexible layout featuring a central pod for brand visibility, a reception area, and two smaller pods dedicated to product showcases and interactive demonstrations.
When faced with a tight one-week deadline for the Dotted stand at the impressive Concorde Centre in Manchester, we leveraged the modularity of beMatrix once again. By repurposing the two smaller pods from the LPHCA stand and optimising the space, we delivered a cost-effective and visually appealing solution. This project highlighted the system’s adaptability and our ability to meet stringent timelines without compromising quality.
We look forward to continuing our successful partnership with Cordic in future events.
