They handle all of the logistical challenges when it comes events for multiple brands under the SYNLAB umbrella. Not only do they take the stress away on the day for our commercials teams but they are always on hand to handle any last minutes requests. I've  used them for adhoc projects in the main and been truly impressed by the service I've received. Were a very small marketing team so we needed to work with an agency that would feel we can trust and also get us.  Citizen truly listen and have become an essential part of the team coming up with lots of great ideas over the last few months to help elevate our brand. They recently delivered a large event for us, which is usually very stressful. The team are super talented and pulled out all the stops to create a striking stand design, and flawless build which moved our brand onwards. We’ve recently worked with Citizen Communication Media on our new business; we were right at the start of the whole process with only a few ideas for a name and what the branding might look like. Citizen were great at talking to us and getting to know what our business was about, understanding us as people, what our values were so they could come up with a name and branding that really reflected us. They came up with several ideas, which we narrowed down to two. They built on those ideas until, for us, there was one clear standout. With little experience ourselves, Citizen delivered a comprehensive marketing strategy, which allowed us to consider our target market and incorporated the use of different marketing tools. They worked quickly and efficiently, and we always knew the costs involved, which is critical for a small business. I would highly recommend Citizen and will look forward to working with them again in the future.
